ServSafe Course Registration

This registration form can be utilized for both ServSafe Food Safety Handling or ServSafe Alcohol Safety. Cost includes all materials, course book, and exam. Upon satisfactory completion, participants are nationally certified.

• ServSafe Food Safety Handling teaches you basic sanitation principles and sanitary techniques in food preparation and how to apply them in practical situations. The class address the dangers of food-borne illness, costs, and prevention. Also included are motivation of employees in sanitary food practices and instruction in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. Cost per person is $155.00

• ServSafe Alcohol Safety outlines effective responsible alcohol service practices for all front-of-the-house staff, including bartenders, waiters, hosts, busers, security and valet. Cost per person is $45.00
