“How to Purchase & Operate
a Bed & Breakfast or Country Inn”

A Seminar for Future Innkeepers 

  • Seminar Fee: $495.00 for two people; $295.00 for one person

  • Room and Meal Charges are in addition to the Seminar Fee.

  • It is expected that Seminar attendees will stay at the Inn where the Seminar is being held.  The Inn will have a special package set up for Seminar attendees.

  • The host Inn may block rooms for Seminar attendees.  If the Inn looks full from their website, please contact us and we will confirm room availability.

  • Arrival and Departure Times:  Attendees should plan to arrive at the Seminar by 4:00PM on the first day of the Seminar.  The Seminar will end by 12:00PM on the last day.

  • Cancellation Policy:  If for any reason you should have to cancel your Seminar registration, the deposit for the Seminar is completely refundable up to 14 days before your arrival. If a cancellation is necessary after that time, the deposit can be used toward another Quantum Hospitality Group, Inc. Seminar at a future date.
