Maine Stay Inn and Cottages – The Maine Stay Inn and Cottages located in Kennebunkport, Maine recently transferred ownership from Janice & George Yankowski to Judith & Walter Hauer.  Judith & Walter are Quantum Hospitality Seminar Graduates.  Rebecca Levitan represented the buyers in this transaction.  We wish them all the best in their new lives as Innkeepers!

 

Sudbury Inn - We are pleased to announce the sale of The Sudbury Inn, a full service 18 room Inn located in the quaint mountain village of Bethel, Maine to Paul Scott Davis. Rebecca Levitan represented the sellers, Bill & Nancy White. Congratulations to everyone!
